🔄 Return and refund policy
30-Day Return Window
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- Item must be in original, unused condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
- Product must not show signs of wear or damage
- Collectible items must remain in mint/unopened condition (if originally sealed)
Return Shipping Costs
Change of Mind Returns: If you simply don't like the product or changed your mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs to the original shipping location. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately at support@epochscale.com with photos of the damage. We will:
- Offer a full refund (including return shipping costs), OR
- Send a replacement at no additional cost, OR
- Provide partial compensation based on the extent of damage
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at support@epochscale.com within 30 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- For damaged items, attach clear photos showing the damage
- Wait for our return authorization and instructions
- Ship the item back using a tracked method
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
- Items without original packaging or missing accessories
- Custom or personalized orders (if applicable)
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different variant (size, color, etc.), please contact us at support@epochscale.com. Exchange shipping policies follow the same guidelines as returns.
